Soo...the Buzz Bake Sale..this was my first year going and I will defiantly be going back next year. It was one of the best line up of bands I have ever seen in my life. The crowd was also the best I have ever seen at a concert. Period. We got their at 10am and were their until 11:00pm...long day yes..but it was fun of fun. It was sold out 20,000 people, almost the same size crowd as DMB, fantastic. I cant decide what was my favorite..the guy with ass-less pants, or the girls with just stars on their nipples and no shirts...orrrr the drunk ass kid who was starting shit with everyone during taking back sunday and the fight he created. Sigh..oh people. We saw 11/15 bands. Amazing! Kill Hannah, Cartel, Anberlin, One, Reel Big Fish <3, Sugarcult, Buckcherry, 30 seconds to mars, Three Days Grace, Papa Roach, Taking Back Sunday and My Chemical Romance <3333 and let me tell you that My Chemcial Romance is one of my favorite bands ever. It was a wonderful day :) and great end to a great semester!

Ugh, im in the business building computer lab waiting for my stupid english class to start, luckily they have a mac here for me to use (yes I have grown quite fond of them!) I can not believe that this semster is almost over already AND im still doing good! (knock on wood!) It makes me very happy, something else that makes me extremely happy is that fact that I dont have to prepare a huge jury piece for this semster (stupid neal!), just a short etude. The next three weekends are going to be crazy. This weekend is that damn concerto competition concert (two weeks to prepare 8 pieces, including Rhapsody in Blue..oh fun stuff). Than the wind ensemble concert as well as another orchestra concert with the chorus. I am going home for thanksgiving, this is going to be a very welcoming break. I get to go back to buca and work for two days. My goal is to make atleast $250, because its the two days after thanksgiving...everyone loves buca than! I'll have to sign up for all my classes around than too (for next semster), so far my schedule is as follows

So, the semster is almost half way over...crazy huh? I have worked my butt off to keep up my grades this semster and its working, B+ in sight singing, B in theory, B in algebra ( :o ), A in English, prob an A in methods, in piano i have almost completed the first half of the scales and cadences...*high five*. My lessons are good too, now that I actually have them every week, instead of hit and miss like last year. KKPSI is going really well, I need to finish the petition but other than that I am really enjoying it, going to the football games and hanging with the marching band is the best. I have even been practicing (almost) everyday, which honestly hasnt happened since I was like 7th grade. I am determined not to get behind with my degree. I chose music as my life, and that is what I am going to stick with, no giving up. This weekend were going home (me,tricia and adam), it should be a good break from school. I get to see heather :) yay! Oh ya, halloween horror nights was fantastic, lol, I didnt go in any scare houses, and still got scared. Especially through the scare zones and when i turned around and their was a chain saw in my face...chris laughed at that one. I am really enjoying life right now, alittle stressed at times, but its going smooth, i have my boyfriend, my friends, my family, my music..what more could i ask for. <3

wow its been a few months since ive updated last..so i thought i would. School's going wonderfully, I am actually doing really well in all of my classes, well nice maybe excellent but im passing them all. Which is good because if i dont, bye bye FAU! KKPSI is coming along nicely, alittle slow with the stuff i need to be doing, but hey its getting done. Im not making as money as I would like to be, which kinda sucks because i spend it like it grows on freckin trees. I love my friends, i just plaing love life right now.
Adam and I are going to see John Mayer next weeknd which sound be exciting, and halloween horror nights a couple days after that..woo! Im going to be scared shitless the whole time, but well have a big group to hopefully protect me!! I saw jack ass 2 last night, I can say that was def fantastic, i laughed pretty much the entire time, and Bam Magara is really really hot :) *sigh* i am going to go lay in my bed before orchestra :)<3 peace! |

Time for an update, since i have a moment in my day right now.
So school is back in session, whoopie..this year is pretty crazy so far. With the boys living on campus and 15 credit hours, it doesnt leave much time for myself. My weeks are pretty much full, Monday-Wednesday I am pretty much running until 4 and Tuesda-Thursdays until 7ish. Woo. But I am determined to do very well this semster, and im pretty such thats going to happen. I am starting to get very excited about being a music ed major, my classes are all pretty good and I cant wait to start taking education classes, and more methods classes. I did lose my owl card today..go figure. If I break down and buy a new one it will show up, I know it will...but I have to eat so well see. If i dont find it tonight i'll go get a new one tomorrow I guess. I did buy a cool little wallet thing that attaches to my keys to keep track of my owl card..well see how that works...prob good until I lose my keys. haha.
We've been out a couple of times so far, once to the hardrock, a kbb show and down to los olas. I really love my friends, I couldnt ask for anything better in my life. This month is seven months for my adam and I :) <3 I love him so much, I dont think words could discribe right now. (Well that and im pretty irritated about my owl card right now..) anyway! I think thats it for now. Time to write a paper for english..whooo..not!

ahhhh! two more days until its time for BOCA! oh no! where has this summer gone? i mean ya at some points it was long, boring and grueling...but where has it gone!?! i am pretty much packed..lol i dono where i collect all this shit from, the tempo is going to loaded to the rim. i am really excited to go back tho. Living with my love Tricia Ann <3 lol. And having my boys so close! What more could I ask for. So, anyway..my wisdom tooth is coming in on the top, and im not sure if its coming in right or not..it kinda irritates me cause its rubbing against my cheek, and when i play my bassoon its alittle painful. But im going to leave it for now, because its not painful. And im sure I wouldnt be able to get an appointment until like a month anyway. I think i have decided on what im going to play for 'auditions' or whatever you wanna call them. Something easy and fun, and not to harsh on my tooth. But of course my bassoon is ghetto like everything else in my life and one of the keys in kinda bent. I'll have to work on that. Alright i think thats enough for now..

one a month until we move back into the dorms! holy f*ckin sh*t haha. i need to start playing my bassoon again, ugh. i havent touched it all summer, that will def start happening again this week. oh and less than a month until dmb :) really excited face! both nights hell ya! damn..i didnt think i could get this excited about a dmb concert. ;) so ian mercel turns 21 on saturday..hmmm thats a scarey thought :) lol im sure your going to go out and drink the night away. right? lol. alright well i dont have the patience to do a chris hand post.

alright since ive had complaints that I havent updated in awhile, i will do so. :)
Some wonderful things have happened to me lately, and some bad (as you may of known from my last couple of posts). Well start with the 30th of june, which was a fantastic day in the life of becky :) Kelly Clarkson. Of course she never ceases to amaze me once again, and the whole 4th row thing was way more than i could have ever asked for!! I officially love daphne now <3! The weekend was pretty typical, the fourth came and went, nothing special there, worked, didnt make much cause no one wanted to eat out on the nations holiday. Wednesday was quite wonderful, my love came. We spent alllllll of wed,thurs and friday together. I must say, if i had to live with him, it would work :) My parents are trusting us more too. My mom left for work each day and left us home practically the whole time. Surprising but amazing. I could seriously spend all day in bed with you Adam dear. We went and saw pirates Thursday night at the premiere. Must say it is fantastic and a good sequel to the first. The third one should be good too. Adam left Friday and I spent most of the night watching freckin tv because lightening took out our internet. Today I woke up around ten, went to Tricias house and than to a meeting at work, and than of course went back to work at five. Not too bad of a night, only made $60 tho. Alright well i think thats it :) ill try to be more presistant with my livejournal lol.

ugh..i feel so down about everything right now so i need to vent alittle.
so i was taking classes at fgcu..two of them, marine science and english 1. well..now im not because basically i couldnt afford them. i applied for a loan and it never got to the school, so the school basically unenrolled me from my classes and said i wasnt a student there anymore. it sucks so bad...and to get back into the classes i would have to fill out a reinstatement form, which could take like a week or two to go through, and id have to pay $200 for a late fee. FUCK that! Screw fgcu! If i miss a week of classes I would be soooo behind. So im not taking summer classes anymore, which might seem like oh joy! a free summer..not. I only have a 2.5 gpa and thats not enough to get my bright futures for this semster, so i am going to be working so much. Im going to go to cheesecake and see if i can work there to make extra money. It sucks so bad and i honestly feel like crap. So im prob not doing marching band, so i can take the english class at night since i prob wont have time in my schedule to take it during the day, but i wont know that until i get enrolled in my music classes, and who knows when thats going to happen. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i havent updated in awhile, oh well :) im bored and half way through my readings for marine bio...exciting. It kind of is actually. I started my two summer classes, enc 1101 and marine systems. There alright and the teachers are other pretty cool, but the classes are so long. Marine systems going from 9-1:30 twice a week and enc 1101 goes from 9:30-12:55 twice a week. Oh well, what else do I have to do? Ya nothing.
I cant wait until Friday :) going over to Boca for 1) to see my adam <3 and 2) to go to warp tour! YAY! Friday couldnt come fast enough. The weekend after that def won't come fast enough. KELLLLLLLLLY :) huge yay.
I miss everyone :) cant wait for everyone to be back together this weekend!!

so here i am in michigan..not sure weither to put a happy face or a bored face. I love it here though, the weathers so nice, I wish it was like this during the summer in florida. Havent done anything too exciting though, but i do get to go horseback riding tomorrow :) big yay! Were leaving Sunday to go to Ohio (cedar point) that should be exciting, Cedar point is a pretty amazing amusement park. Thank I start school Monday the 19th, i didnt realize it was that close! ahh! Oh well, whatev.
